RETURN AND REPLACEMENT POLICY

  1. Want to return a product?
    You can return the product within 10 days from the date of receipt of order. The company shall accept for the return request only if it feels the request to be genuine and there is a genuine problem faced by a customer.

    Yes, we ensure a 10-day easy return policy. It means customers can raise a return request within 10 days from the date of receipt the product from their logistics partner.

    To validate the reason for the return, you need to share the following:
    High-resolution and bright images of the damaged product including the entire product and the damaged part.

  3. When shall I can receive the refund? 
    Once the item is received in our warehouse, it undergoes a quality check and the customer experience team initiate the refund to the bank account you have mentioned in your email. It usually takes 2 - 3 business days.
    Please note, any shipping/cod charge if applicable will not be issued back.
     

  4. Exchange Process

  5. Return Authorization: Our Customer Service team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number. This number is essential for processing your exchange. Please write it clearly on the outside of the package.

  6. Packaging: Ensure that the leather wallet is securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit. Include all original tags, packaging, and accessories.

  7. Shipping: You are responsible for shipping the wallet back to us. We recommend using a traceable shipping method with insurance to ensure the safe return of the product. Shipping costs for returns are the customer's responsibility.

  8. Verification: Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our exchange policy's eligibility criteria. If the item does not meet the criteria, we will contact you to discuss the next steps.

  9. Exchange: If the returned product is approved for exchange, we will process your replacement product as quickly as possible. We will cover the shipping costs for sending the replacement product to you.

  10. Eligible for exchange: Please note, Items that show signs of excessive wear and tear or misuse are not eligible for exchange.
