Note:
In case you have mentioned a wrong number while placing the order please reach out to us at team.haishshop@gmail.com within 24-48 hours of placing the order so that we can update the number.
For delivery of any shipment, a maximum of 2 attempts are usually made. If in any case the delivery is failed due to an incomplete address/phone number, only the amount of the product excluding the shipping charges is refunded back to the customer.
In case, you are not available at the delivery address at the time of delivery you may share the OTP with someone you trust to collect the package although we do not recommend to share the OTP to an unknown person. If you cannot be present to take a delivery, you must give us adequate notice of 24 hours to enable us to re-schedule the delivery for another day.

If in any situation you have shared the OTP to the delivery guy over call/some other person and do not verify as to where the order is being delivered, we will not be liable if the product isn't delivered to you.
